     When John finished his first day as a Social Studies teacher in the year 2012, he thought his only challenge was getting back to the year 1984. He didn't even realize he was already in his last adventure when a strange mist began to rise from the swamp.
     In this future, most kids who grew up playing outdoors and off-screen were part of the past, but there were just two left with the skills to become the new Keepers of Time .  
    With help from a couple of old friends, some Native Americans and the Bird of Yore, the last of the off-line kids will risk it all to keep the underground railroad moving and the hope for freedom alive.
